(I will never regret the $17 I spent on my Shu Uemura eyelash curler.)So I decided to give Frederic Fekkai's Salon Glaze Clear Shine Rinse ($28) a whirl after reading about it seemingly everywhere this month. The silicone-based treatment's packaging says it "binds shine, recharges color, and adds silkiness to the hair."
